What's the Cost of Limited Access?

Traveling miles for basic groceries. Relying on unhealthy, government-provided foods. Vulnerable when borders close and supplies dwindle.

Frustrated by the inconvenience. Worried about the health and well-being of their families. Powerless during crises.

Our community deserves convenient access to healthy, culturally relevant food and the security of local resources. We shouldn't have to depend on outside sources for our basic needs.

About Us

The Ii'ni Marketplace is more than just a grocery store; it's a vital step towards food sovereignty and community empowerment in our region. Recognizing the long-standing challenges of limited access to nutritious food and essential resources, this project will provide a central location for healthy groceries, culturally significant items, and a supportive community environment. By sourcing from local farmers and offering emergency resources, we aim to strengthen our local economy, honor our traditions, and build resilience against future crises. Success will look like a healthier, more connected community where our families have consistent access to quality food and the resources they need to thrive, right here at home.
